# Kickoff Week SOP · Days 1-7 After Signing

**Use this SOP for every Trainer OS engagement.** First applied to Hooks. Applies to Patterson-OS · Youngblood-OS · every future SaaS customer.

**Purpose:** Prevent Week 1 drop. The moment payment clears, a specific handoff sequence starts. Every task has an owner, an SLA, and an escalation. Nothing gets missed.

## Trigger conditions

**Day 1 = clock starts when ONE of these happens:**
- ✅ Stripe payment confirmation received (Card / ACH cleared)
- ✅ DocuSign signature completed by both parties
- ✅ Kyron manually confirms readiness (rare · only if payment is pending but agreement signed)

**Escalation:** Any of 1.1-1.6 slips past 24 hrs → Kyron calls Hooks by phone the next morning. No text explanation.

- ❌ Don't promise deliverables you can't hit · under-promise Week 1 · over-deliver Month 3

## Adaptation for future Trainer OS customers

This SOP applies to Patterson-OS · Youngblood-OS · every future customer. Two adjustments:

- **New (non-flagship) customers:** No 4-month backlog to formalize · start clean · Day 1 = repo creation from scratch
- **First-time customers (no informal history):** Add extra Day 0 for onboarding trust — 30-min "welcome to Trainer OS" call before repo scaffolding begins

Everything else · same 7-day arc · same escalation matrix.
