# Hooks Walkthrough Script

**The exact words Kyron says on the 30-45 minute call.**

Use this alongside `/hooks` open on screen share. Do not read this verbatim — internalize it, deliver it in your voice.

**Goal of the call:** Get verbal yes → send DocuSign live in the meeting → confirm kickoff date. Not "let me think about it."

---

## Before the call (5 min prep)

- [ ] Open `/hooks` on your screen · full screen · dark theme visible
- [ ] Open DocuSign in another tab · logged in · Hooks template ready to send
- [ ] Open Stripe in another tab · $17,000 payment link ready to copy
- [ ] Have your phone next to you (backup for sending links via SMS if Zoom acts up)
- [ ] Water · pen · notepad for questions he raises
- [ ] Silence phone notifications · one job for the next 45 min

---

## The 6-part call · 30-45 min

### PART 1 · Opening (2 min)

**Open with:**

> "Coach — before I walk you through anything · I want to name what this is. We've been building hooks-os together for 4 months. It's working. What's not on the record is the commercial side. Today's about fixing that. 30 minutes · I walk you through the proposal · you ask everything you need · at the end you'll either sign or tell me what's holding you back. That work?"

**Wait for his yes.** If he pushes back on the timing, offer 15 min instead — but keep the "sign or tell me what's holding you back" frame.

**Then share screen:** open `/hooks`.

---

### PART 2 · The frame (3 min)

**Scroll to the top of `/hooks`. Point at the opener.**

**Say:**

> "This is what I'd send anyone else if they asked for Trainer OS. Same tier · same terms · same 12-month path. What's different is you're already 4 months in. So the note at the top is real — I'm formalizing what we already have, not selling you something new.
>
> Before I go through the money side · one line on what we're actually doing. There are three altitudes to this work. Basic is *the steps*. Premium is *the pattern*. Trainer OS installs *what only shows up when someone becomes the person doing it*. What you're already living is the third one. That's what today locks in."

**The altitude framing does the qualification work.** It closes off the "why is this $17K?" objection before it lands — the answer is *"because we're installing the third thing, not selling the first."* Full framework: [/framework-ops#sales](https://fbtrainer-tojcampaign.vercel.app/framework-ops#sales).

**Read the note-from-Kyron section aloud if he hasn't read it.** Or ask: *"Did you get a chance to read the proposal before this call?"*

**If yes:** skip ahead to Part 3.
**If no:** ask him to read the "Note · From Kyron" section right now while you share screen. Give him 90 seconds of silence.

---

### PART 3 · The receipts (5 min)

**Scroll to "Four months. already this."**

**Say:**

> "This is the whole reason I'm formalizing you first. Every trainer I approach next sees hooks-os as the proof. 6 NFL. 30+ P4. Three parallel funnels running. CBH advocacy ledger. Trainer Blueprint in build. This is your position. Being the flagship."

**Point at the 3 funnel cards.** Read each one out loud. Then:

> "Anything on this section I'm missing or got wrong?"

**Let him talk.** If he corrects any numbers or adds context, note it — you'll update the proposal + case study later. Don't argue.

---

### PART 4 · The proposal (8 min)

**Scroll to "The proposal · Formalize what's already working."**

**Say:**

> "This is what I'd charge anyone else. Tier 03 · SaaS · $15K setup + $2K/mo · 12-month term. Your setup fee covers formalizing hooks-os platform · Premium snapshot rebuild for skysthelimit.com · integrating Optimum Grading · Prospect Edge · College Directory · voice training session · 30-day tuning window. The $2K/mo covers ongoing platform maintenance · monthly Personal LLM tuning · quarterly strategy review · priority support · new tools as they land."

**Scroll to the 10 deliverables grid.**

> "These 10 line items are what you get. Everything on this page is either what we're already doing, or what we said we'd do. Nothing new · nothing surprise."

**Ask:**

> "Any of these 10 items you don't want or don't need?"

**If he says no:** great · they're all in.
**If he says something isn't needed:** don't argue · say *"note that · we'll adjust in the kickoff · doesn't change the price."* (The price stays because the platform + tools are the value · not any single item.)

---

### PART 5 · The 12-month + the math (5 min)

**Scroll to "12-month timeline."**

**Say briefly:**

> "This is how the year unfolds. Days 0-14 formalize · 15-30 tool integration · Month 2 voice tuning · Month 3 Q1 review + case study live · Months 4-6 skill building · Months 7-12 Personal LLM emerges. By end of year 1 your OS is drafting outreach in your voice · ledger running itself · Trainer Blueprint launched."

**Scroll to "The math · direct."**

> "$39K first year total. Payback typically hits inside 6 months. Time reclaimed is $26K+ in your rate. Retention lift $50K+. Trainer Blueprint launch $30K+. Personal LLM as long-term IP is the real prize but I don't count that toward payback."

---

### PART 6 · The ask (5 min)

**Scroll to "Ready to sign? Here's the path."**

**Say — this is the ask. Don't rush it. Don't be weird about it.**

> "Coach · this is the point in the call where I ask you to sign. You've seen everything. I'm not selling you · you're formalizing something we already have. Here's what I need to know:
>
> One · anything on this document you want to change or push back on?
>
> Two · if we're clean, I'm going to send you the DocuSign right now while we're on this call · takes you 60 seconds on your phone · then I send you the Stripe link for $17K. Payment clears in 24 hrs. We put kickoff on the calendar for next week.
>
> How does that sit with you?"

**Then shut up. Do not fill silence.**

---

## Objection handling · 6 scripts

If he raises any of these, use these responses. Do not improvise off-brand.

### ❓ "Do we need to formalize? We've been fine informal."

> "Coach · that's exactly the reason. For us it's fine. For the next 5 trainers I approach · you're the reference. If you're not on paper as a paying customer, the proof doesn't compound. This formalization is what makes hooks-os the case study that closes Patterson · Youngblood · every other coach at your level who follows. Not for me · for the platform."

### ❓ "$15K is a lot."

> "It is. It's also below what the platform is worth · which is why every trainer after you pays the same. I hold the price so being first means you set the standard, not the ceiling. And the payback math on the proposal is real — time reclaimed alone covers it inside 6 months. What specifically about $15K feels heavy? Cash flow · value ratio · both?"

*Then handle whichever he says. If cash flow: offer split — $7,500 on signature · $7,500 in 30 days · $2K/mo starts Month 2. If value ratio: walk back to the 10 deliverables + Personal LLM path.*

### ❓ "Can we start smaller?"

> "The reason there's no smaller version is the Personal LLM path. Below 12 months of tuning · the OS stays a smart assistant. It doesn't become a Personal LLM. That's the difference between $2K/mo and $200/mo — you're not paying for tools, you're paying for the tuning that turns the OS into you. Shorter engagement · smaller retainer · doesn't produce the outcome."

### ❓ "What if the LLM path doesn't work?"

> "Progressive · not binary. By Month 6 the OS is drafting your weekly emails and IG carousels in your voice. By Month 12 it's handling multi-step strategic work with your approval. If we hit Month 12 and it's not passing the 'would I have written this?' test 90%+ of the time · tuning cadence intensifies until it does · no additional cost. That's a written commitment · not just words."

### ❓ "What happens if we stop after 12 months?"

> "You keep full export of all data you own · athlete records · voice rules · feedback corpus · Personal LLM corpus. Platform infrastructure stays with TOJ. Termination requires 30 days notice after Month 12. You never lose the corpus you built. Section 8 of the agreement · read it after our call."

### ❓ "Let me think about it."

> "I hear you. Coach · let me be direct · what specifically do you need to think about? If it's a question I haven't answered yet · let's cover it right now. If it's a partner or advisor conversation · I get it · what's the timing on that? Sometime this week I'd rather book the follow-up call now so we're not chasing calendars."

*Book a follow-up call within 3-5 days. Do not leave it open-ended.*

---

## The DocuSign hand-off (in the same call)

**When he says yes:**

> "Okay · sending DocuSign now."

**Then in real time:**
1. Switch to DocuSign tab · send the pre-loaded template to his email
2. Say: *"Check your email · should be there within a minute · from DocuSign · subject line 'Trail of Joy Player Management Group · Trainer OS Engagement'"*
3. When he confirms received: *"Open it · scroll to the bottom · sign in the yellow box · takes 30 seconds."*
4. Watch him sign live (or hear him say "signed")
5. Say: *"Perfect. Sending the Stripe link now · same email. Setup fee $15,000 · Month 1 $2,000 · total $17,000. Pay whenever works in the next 5 days."*
6. Send Stripe payment link
7. Confirm he sees it

**Close with:**

> "Coach · welcome to Tier 03. When payment clears — usually within 24 hrs of ACH · instant on card — I'll send calendar invite for the kickoff. What day next week works for a 4-hour block?"

**Get the kickoff date verbally on the call. Send calendar invite same day.**

---

## After the call

Within 10 min of hanging up:

1. Send the [post-walkthrough email template](post-walkthrough-email.md)
2. Log the call in Money Tracker (pipeline card moves to "Signed")
3. Update Internal Intake for Hooks (Section 2 · Strategy · Tier = Trainer OS · SaaS)
4. Send Kyron a message to the internal team Slack (Copy Lead + QA Lead agents notified · they'll start prep)

---

## What NOT to do in the call

- ❌ Don't argue when he corrects a number — note it, adjust later
- ❌ Don't offer discounts — the price is the filter
- ❌ Don't over-explain the LLM path — trust the proposal to do the work
- ❌ Don't skip Part 6 (the ask) — that's the whole call
- ❌ Don't leave "let me think about it" open-ended — always book the follow-up
