The Basic tier grew out of what we saw next: for every Coach Hooks, there are dozens of D1 alumni and mid-scale operators who need a professional presence without the full platform lift.
Every intake still comes to me. If we're not right for each other, I say so on the first call. The Snapshot Program only works if the coaches inside it are actually running real businesses. About one in five conversations ends with a "come back later" — that answer's worth more than a bad sale.

Basic if your playing career is your primary authority and you're building your first paying roster. Premium if you've already developed pros, All-Americans, or a signature methodology and you're ready for a full platform with member area, database, and admin CMS. When in doubt, fill out the Basic intake — Kyron will route you up if the answers point that way.
Right now, yes. Position-specific football coaches — QB, WR, RB, DB, TE, LB, OL/DL, skill athletes. The design system is tuned to how football careers work (playing résumé strip, position-specific pillars, recruiting-adjacent language). Other sports are on the roadmap but not deliverable today.

That's the case for most coaches we work with. Snapshots replace the existing site — same domain if you want, we handle the migration. Old testimonials, photos, and content collect for reuse if they hold up. The rest gets rebuilt at the Snapshot standard.
Structure and copy: we handle. Photos, videos, testimonials: you provide. If you don't have them, content production is an add-on (see the Pricing sheet). Every Snapshot ships with the Content Manifest — a spec doc telling your videographer exactly what to shoot and at what dimensions.
Before signing: nothing. Intake and proposal are free. After signing: milestone-based delivery. If the launched site doesn't match the signed scope, we rebuild the miss at no extra cost. If that doesn't land right within a fair second pass, we refund the setup fee minus content costs already incurred. See the Deliverables sheet for the full guarantee language.
Yes, as add-ons. Content ops (weekly IG + newsletter): $1.5K–$3.5K/mo. Paid ads setup + management: $2.5K setup + monthly. Ongoing platform ops: fractional operator model. All optional — most Basic clients start without and add later.
Trail of Joy owns the underlying design system and template architecture. You get a licensed use of your instance — full commercial use, custom domain, modify freely for your coaching business.
