## Purpose of this kit

Formalize Hooks as the **first paying Trainer OS customer.** The `hooks-os` repo has been live for 4 months and Kyron has been building it in-flight. This kit converts that informal arrangement into a real 12-month commercial engagement — contract signed, invoice issued, kickoff scheduled, deliverables enumerated.

Everything here is **template + fill-in-the-blanks** so Kyron can adapt for Patterson-OS · Youngblood-OS · every future Trainer OS customer.

**Day 0:** Send agreement.md (signable format) via email. Ask for signature within 5 days.

**Day 5-7:** Signature received → send invoice.md. $15,000 setup + first month $2,000 = **$17,000 due**.

**Day 7-10:** Payment received (bank/Stripe). Send kickoff meeting invite for 4-hour block.

**Day 10-14:** Kickoff meeting. Walk through agenda in kickoff.md. Confirm 12-month deliverables in deliverables.md.

**Day 14 onward:** Roll into normal cadence. Monthly Personal LLM tuning session · quarterly strategy review · continuous feedback loop.

- **Case study rights:** Kyron writes + publishes case study by month 3 · Hooks reviews and approves before publish
- **Support hours:** Async Slack/DM only · no on-call weekends

## What Hooks owes TOJ

Written in `agreement.md`:
- **Payment:** $15K setup on signature · $2K/mo on the 1st of each month · 12-month minimum
- **Feedback loop:** Weekly 15-minute check-in for first 90 days · monthly after
- **Case study cooperation:** Interview + testimonial + numbers verification
- **Non-competition:** Cannot build competing Trainer OS product independently or with a third party for 24 months after termination
- **Content permission:** Public reference to hooks-os as flagship Trainer OS customer in TOJ marketing
