Portfolio is different. trained product is distributed.
Twenty-six HS All-Americans. Ten in the League. Four to the NFL this year alone. Three '27 four-stars to Nike's Opening. One All-Pro. All coached by Margin Hooks. Fifteen years. One portfolio.
You're in the right place if…
Same coach, same methodology — three ways to get inside it, depending on who you are.
You're putting in reps without a map. You need coaching that tells you the truth about your film, and a plan that treats you like the pro you're trying to become.
You've been to camps. You've seen the highlight-tape hustle. You want a program run by a coach whose name colleges know, and a plan you can actually understand.
You run WR development for a program and you know the difference between drills and a system. Get the curriculum, the standards, and the network access.
The name behind the record.
One voice. One methodology. One standard, applied to a seventh-grader learning stance the same way it's applied to a first-round pick refining his release against press. Fifteen years of it — same field, same coach, same read.
Hooks
Margin Hooks has spent fifteen years developing receivers from middle school through the League. He played the position. He coached it across Texas. He built the private program that college coaches — and now NFL scouts — dial directly. All of it started with him. All of it still runs through him.
"I've never been an analyst or a GA. I've always been the boss." The methodology is his own — five pillars, four dimensions, taught end-to-end. Twenty-six HS All-Americans. Nine Freshman All-Americans. Ten in the League. One All-Pro. Four to the NFL in 2025 alone. That's not luck. That's the portfolio compounding.
Send Coach fifteen minutes of film. You'll get the truth — direct from him. No soft-selling. No filler. No middleman. That's what fifteen years of building this portfolio actually buys.

The Opening.
Nike invited three Coach Hooks-trained '27 wide receivers to The Opening — the invitation-only elite football camp of the year. Same coach. Same field. Same class year. No matter the brand — trained product is distributed.

Every family who works with us follows the same path. It's built to hand you clarity before it asks you for a dollar.
Send Film. Talk.
15 minutes with Kyron and Coach. Send your Hudl or highlight tape first. We watch. Then we talk. You get the truth — not a sales script.
The Honest Route
We put you where you actually fit — Film Room, Membership, Cohort, Evaluation, or CBH. Sometimes we say wait. Roughly 1 in 5 conversations ends with "come back in six months." That's not a bug.
The Work
You train in the tier that fits your life. Same methodology, same standard — whether you're watching lessons at home or standing next to Coach on the turf in Plano.
The Read
Every athlete leaves with something a college coach can act on — a transcript, a plan, or a phone call from Coach himself.
of families we talk to are told to come back in six months, or that we're not the right fit. That's not a bug — that's the standard.
Flat drills don't teach a spatial game.
Wide receiver is a spatial-intelligence problem. Reading coverage is spatial. Winning leverage is spatial. Finding the ball is spatial. Every trainer sells you drills. We built the only WR development system that teaches the field in four dimensions — three of space, one of time.
Space · The Field
Where you are. Where the ball is. Where the defender's leverage lives. Every route is a decision made inside a moving three-dimensional puzzle.
Depth · The Third Level
Corners give you one look. Safeties give you another. Linebackers give you a third. Reading depth is what separates a route runner from a receiver.
Trajectory · The Ball
The football is a physics problem. Where it's going. When it gets there. What angle you present to catch it. Contested catches are won here.
Time · The Fourth
Route timing. QB rhythm. Coverage rotation. Everything the film shows you but a still image can't. Time is the dimension no drill teaches on its own.
Four questions. one recommendation.
Not every athlete belongs at every rung. Answer four quick questions and we'll point you to the entry point that fits — same recommendation Coach would make on the discovery call.
Five ways in. one standard.
Same coach, same methodology, five delivery formats. Pick the entry point that fits where you are right now — we'll help you route on the discovery call.

Every lesson opens with a complete coaching point — two minutes of Coach teaching one read, delivered end to end. Enough to know if this is real. The gate drops when the drill progression starts. (In this demo, the "two minutes" runs in ten real seconds.)

Why the gate converts
The free preview is real coaching, not a trailer. Coach teaches one complete point, the viewer learns something true, and the gate drops the instant they want the next rep.

Coach's personal call to a college coach.
Every coach in college football knows the phone might ring. Coach might vouch for one of his athletes. When he does, it's not a form letter, not a scraped highlight, not a bot's outreach. It's a conversation with someone whose portfolio includes twenty-six HS All-Americans, ten in the League, and an All-Pro currently playing on Sundays.
That call is the thing that doesn't scale, doesn't automate, and doesn't get replaced. It's why the CBH apex tier stays selective — because the call gets its weight from the record behind it, and the record only stays sharp when the roster stays tight.
The system does everything else. It handles the intake, the film cataloging, the transcript grading, the automated comms, the weekly parent updates. The system exists to give Coach the space to make the calls that only he can make.

Six weeks. fifteen to twenty-five athletes. one coach.
The cohort is where the film room becomes personal. Live Zoom, curriculum locked to the season, film reviews of your reps, and the group that pushes each other. Runs quarterly. Application-gated so the group stays tight.
Same methodology as the Film Room — with Coach walking you through your own reps in a group small enough to see everyone. Every cohort ends with a Prospect Edge transcript — the same five-pillar grading the top receivers in the roster carry.
You leave with the reps in your legs AND a document coaches can act on. That's the difference between a training program and a development program.

A document coaches can act on.
Not another highlight reel. A verified transcript with five-pillar grading — the same document colleges receive on the athletes in Coach's roster. Shareable, dated, and honest.
- Grade with context — not just a score, but what Coach saw and what to work on next
- Five pillars — Release · Route Craft · Coverage IQ · Contested Catch · Position IQ
- Parent-facing summary at the top of every transcript, in plain English
- Shareable link + PDF — the format colleges are used to receiving
- Seven-day turnaround from film submission to delivered document
- Built to be handed to programs — dated, verified, and referenced against the STL roster standard
How the portfolio compounds.
Numbers tell you what happened. An arc shows you how it happened. Marvin's journey — middle school to All-Pro — is the shape of every athlete's path through this program. Different levels, different timelines. Same coach. Same standard. Every rep.

The receivers who make coaches call.
From the 2019 draft class through the 2027 recruiting class — same coach, same standard, every level of the game. Certified means Coach personally saw them work, personally graded them, and personally vouches for them. Every athlete on the full portfolio gets the same treatment — the ones without public consent just aren't listed here.

Every athlete. one standard. one grading system.
Every athlete Coach Hooks trains is graded, tracked, and — once onboarded — pushed to CollegeFootballRecruiting.com with a verified profile. Same five pillars applied at every level. Same coach reviewing every grade. Same standard whether you're a '32 fundamentals build or an All-Pro maintaining craft.
Optimum Grading is Coach Hooks' evaluation system — the grading standard used in every Prospect Edge transcript, formalized across the entire portfolio. Five weighted pillars produce a single Optimum Grade. That number, plus Coach's written context, is what appears on the athlete's CollegeFootballRecruiting.com profile.

The methodology, licensed to your program.
If you're a high school coach, a small-market skills trainer, or a program running WR development in-house — the Trainer Blueprint gives you the same curriculum, drill progressions, and standards Coach uses. Licensed for your program. Comes with an onboarding call. Builds your own certified-trainer status inside the STL lineage.
The Blueprint is more than a curriculum — it's membership in a network. Once you complete the onboarding, you become an STL Certified Trainer inside Coach's own lineage. That means your program shows up on the network map. Your athletes get the same evaluation transcripts Coach's athletes get. Your best receivers get considered for the cohort.
This is intentional: the Blueprint is how the standard scales without diluting. Coach personally vets every applicant. Not everyone gets in. But when you do, you're inside the record — not just borrowing from it.
Two current Blueprint graduates: Joshua Youngblood (Saarland, Germany) and Max Patterson (New York / New Jersey metro). Different regions, same standard.
Trainer Blueprint · Full System
- Complete curriculum for two full tracks (Release Mechanics + Route Craft)
- Drill progressions with video demonstrations
- Rep-check assessments per lesson
- Coach's guide — how to teach each concept
- Athlete progression rubric
- One-on-one onboarding call with Coach
- STL Certified Trainer designation
- Quarterly methodology updates for 12 months
- Network access — cohort referrals, evaluation pipeline
Coach personally vets every Blueprint applicant. This is his lineage. Getting in means you're building on top of the record, not next to it. Your best athletes become network athletes.
Where the roster gets seen.
Every clinic is a live evaluation surface. College coaches show up because they know who's coaching. Athletes show up because they know who's watching. Registration is Eventbrite-native — same flow you already trust.
The questions families actually ask.
The hesitations that come up on every discovery call — answered here so you show up ready to go deeper.
Then we'll tell you — honestly and specifically. Most families we talk to don't belong at the apex tier yet, and we're the first to say so. Discovery calls end with a real read, not a sales pitch. If we route you to the Free Film Room instead of a $5K program, that's the right answer.
Highlight camps sell attention. Development programs sell reps and reads. Every athlete inside Sky's The Limit gets an evaluation transcript, film review, and an honest answer about where they are. That's what colleges act on — not another 30-second reel with music.
No. Film Room and Membership work at any age — parents often start their kids with the video library before they're eligible for cohort. Cohort and CBH typically start with rising freshmen, when the reps stick and the transcript actually matters for recruiting.
For CBH athletes: Coach personally calls college coaches on their behalf. Not a form letter. Not a scraped highlight. Not a bot. A direct conversation with someone whose portfolio includes twenty-six HS All-Americans, ten in the League, and an All-Pro. That's the part that doesn't scale — and doesn't automate.
Film Room and Cohort are fully remote. Membership is self-paced from anywhere. Only CBH requires in-person training in Plano. Blueprint trainers run our methodology from Germany to New Jersey — the standard travels.
Membership cancels anytime, no penalty. Cohort has a first-week satisfaction window — full refund if the fit isn't right. Evaluation and CBH are custom-scoped and honored on completion. We'd rather route you away than sell you the wrong tier.
You start with a conversation, not a checkout page. Nothing is billed until we've talked, understood the athlete, and agreed a tier is the right fit. If we're not — and about 20% of the time we're not — we say so and route you elsewhere.
Covered in every CBH engagement and in the Parent tier of Membership. We don't pretend the landscape is simple. We give families the tools to navigate it honestly — including the monthly Parent Q&A with Coach.
Yes. Verified coach access is available through the roster request form. Coaches get credentialed login to the certified roster with contact info, film, and Prospect Edge transcripts. Verification is manual and quick.
