Locked in.every rep.
Ball skills. Body work. Battle-ready. Position-specific DB training built by a former SEC starter who learned the position at the highest level and now trains the next generation to lock down the boundary — one route, one rep, one takeaway at a time.
Coverage is a skill.
You don't stumble into locking down a receiver at the highest level. You get there through thousands of reps of hip work, ball tracking, and situational recognition. Coach Franklin lived it. Now he teaches it.
"Franchise"
Franklin
Three years starting in the SEC. Twelve career pass breakups. Two-time All-Conference. Learned the position from Hall of Fame position coaches at the highest level of college football. Now that education gets handed down to every athlete who steps on this field.
Locked In isn't a camp brand — it's a curriculum. Every session builds off the last one. Every athlete has a file, a plan, and a track. That's how you go from HS All-District to D1 starter to Sunday player.
Since 2016: 18+ D1 placements, 4 NFL alumni (2 currently on active rosters), and a growing pipeline that college coordinators call Nashville for. If you're playing DB and you're serious, we should talk.
Four pillars. every rep hits one.
Coverage is the sum of four disciplines. We train them separately, then integrate them. No session skips a pillar. That's how the fundamentals stay non-negotiable.
Tracking the ball in the air. Punching at the catch point. Body positioning through the receiver's frame. High-point drills. Interception mechanics. The best coverage in the world doesn't matter if you can't finish the play.
Hip fluidity. Backpedal-to-transition. Break angles. Shuffle to run. Off-man press techniques. Body work is the foundation — if the base is slow, the technique never wins. Every session opens here.
Formation reads. Split alignments. Splits + motion tells. Route-tree recognition by leverage. Film breakdown drills. Elite DBs process the play before it happens — we train the eyes as hard as the feet.
Tackling in space. Run-fit responsibility. Physicality within the rules. Situational awareness (2-minute, red zone, 3rd down). The game rewards DBs who can play the last rep as hard as the first. That's mental + physical.
Every rep. accounted for.
Six ways to train with Locked In. Each session is documented, filmed, and reviewed — nothing is ambient. Progress lives in the file.
Private 1-on-1
60-minute position-specific session. Custom plan based on your last film, current opponent, and development track. Full film of every rep goes to you within 24 hours.
Semi-Private (2–3 DBs)
Same curriculum as private, small group. Ideal for HS teammates or brothers training together. Split cost, keep the quality — DB reps get the most out of 1-on-1 coverage battles anyway.
Film Review Session
90-minute film breakdown of your last game or practice. Techniques flagged, corrections mapped, next-week focus set. Includes written report + clip package. Remote or in-person.
Camp Series
4-week Saturday morning camp. Full curriculum: press, off, zone, run support, ball skills, tackling. Combine-style testing at end. Max 24 DBs per cohort. Filmed daily.
Recruiting Package
Full evaluation, HUDL edit, target-school list built to your level, direct outreach to college DB coordinators. Includes 3 private sessions + film breakdown. For rising juniors + seniors.
The Lockdown Group
Application-only. Weekly training + monthly film + private group. For the DB who's serious about playing at the next level. 12 slots total — waitlist common.
Trained here. playing there.
Selected placements from the last five recruiting classes. The list keeps growing — check back after each signing day.
"Went from unrated as a junior to 3-star sitting CB by end of senior year. Kaden owned the process — he just needed the reps."
"Devon's ball skills were natural but his eyes were slow. Two seasons of film work later — he's a starter as a redshirt sophomore."
"Marcus trained with us from HS through his rookie prep. Still comes back off-season. That's the standard we're building."
Nashville. the field.

"My son went from getting picked on every drive to leading his team in PBUs. Coach Franklin's film sessions changed how he sees the field. Worth every dollar."
"I've coached HS football for 20 years. When my DBs train with Coach Franklin, they come back sharper — not just physically, mentally. That's rare."
"The Lockdown Group changed my recruiting year. Coach didn't just train me — he called coaches. Two offers came directly from that."
Real answers. no fluff.
Your school coach has 20+ players to manage. Here it's just DBs — and often just you. Every rep gets filmed, coached in the moment, and reviewed. No school program can match that ratio. We're additive to, not replacing, your HS staff.
If he's playing DB seriously, no. The fundamentals we install at 15 are the fundamentals that hold at 22. Earlier means fewer bad habits to unlearn later. Semi-private is the recommended entry point for freshmen.
Same curriculum, different application. We coach position-specific technique for CB, FS, SS, and nickel. Recognition and body work are universal — the ball skills and coverage responsibilities get tuned to your alignment.
Yes — for athletes on the Weekly Track and Lockdown Group. That means HUDL edits, target-school lists calibrated to your level, and direct outreach to college DB coordinators. Book a discovery call and we'll be honest about fit.
24 hours notice = full credit toward a future session. Same-day = 50% credit unless it's a game-related injury. Weekly Track members can pause their subscription anytime.
In-person is Nashville-only. Remote film review works for athletes anywhere in the country — many of our Lockdown Group members are out-of-state and come in for camps + monthly weekends.
Come train. lock in.
