RB coach and skills specialist based in Princeton, TX. I train the athletes who want to be running backs — no matter what position they were told to play. If you catch the pill, you become a running back. Real answer.

My work is in Princeton, Melissa, Anna, McKinney, and Farmersville. Small-market, hands-on, and every athlete on my roster gets seen. I run 1-on-1 sessions during the week and skills camps on weekends. Boot camps and speed work when the group's ready to compete.

I don't chase big-city hype. I build the athletes in my area better than anyone else can. That's the whole play.

Every session works one of four pillars. Position-specific for RBs, but skill athletes at all positions welcome. Weekend lab or weekday session — the reps are the reps.

Signature

RB Skills

Vision. Cut. Pad level. Ball security. The fundamentals that separate a runner from a running back. If you're new to the position, this is where you start.

Speed Work

Acceleration, top-end speed, and change of direction. Weekly speed lab sessions build the base every RB, WR, and DB needs to compete.

Movement Training

Footwork drills, hip mobility, deceleration mechanics. The stuff coaches say and never actually teach. This is the training you can't skip.

Boot Camp

Multi-week group program. Real reps, real progression. Best fit for athletes who want a season-long training rhythm — not one-off sessions.

Common questions

What families ask most.

All ages — youth (8+) through high school and college-bound. RB position is the focus, but I train skill athletes at all positions. Youth camps typically run separate group times from HS athletes.

You catch the pill, you become a running back — but seriously, all skill athletes benefit from RB training. Vision, footwork, ball security, deceleration — these are cross-position skills. WRs and DBs get a lot from this work too.

Not regularly — Princeton, Melissa, Anna, McKinney, and Farmersville are my primary areas. If you're outside that zone and want to make the drive to Princeton for sessions, absolutely welcome. For camps, follow @big_griff34 for announcements — camps can travel when the demand is there.

Life happens. Weekend Lab members can attend a make-up session the following month. Coach also sends video breakdowns of the work you missed so you can catch up on your own if needed.

1-on-1 sessions: cancel 24 hours ahead for full refund. Camps: pre-registration refunds up to 48 hours before. Weekend Lab: cancel anytime for the next month, no penalty on current month.
